We are proud to announce that Stable Trading are working together with Lancashire Wildlife Trust as the occupiers and managers of the retail outlet at their new visitor centre. The visitor centre opening in April 2011 will be situated on a floating platform in the middle of a lake, with access to the build over a drawbridge.

Stable Trading will be in charge of the deli and food outlet providing the opportunity to buy the best quality local and international food available at very competitive prices. The main aim of the venture is to provide good quality local food with excellence in service and produce. Staff will be trained to have full knowledge of all the produce, recipes and information to make the most of what you are buying. The shop will also be linked to an interactive website which will keep customers of events and new product, coming to the Brockholes shop. Customers will be able to upload comments information and recipes, and really be part of the Stable Trading community.
